Definitions & Interpretation

The specific meanings of certain words and terms used in these conditions are provided below. These definitions carry the same meaning throughout the entire document.

"Platform" or "Site"

The online gaming and sports betting website owned and operated by 7ddd, along with all associated mobile and desktop applications, is referred to as the "Platform" or "Site".

"User" or "Member"

Any person who has registered on the 7ddd platform and uses its services is considered a "User" or "Member".

"Account Balance"

The total of deposited funds, bonus credits, and winnings held in a user's account is referred to as the "Account Balance".

"Bonus"

Any promotional credit, cashback, or additional benefit provided by 7ddd is referred to as a "Bonus". Specific wagering conditions apply when using a bonus.

Account Registration

A valid account must be opened to access the full services of the 7ddd platform. It is each user's responsibility to provide all information accurately, completely, and up to date at the time of registration.

Registration Conditions

• Each individual may open only one account. Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited.
• The name, address, phone number, and other identity details provided at the time of registration must be accurate.
• Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility. Access to the account must not be given to anyone else.
• Any change in personal information must be reported to the platform immediately.
• 7ddd reserves the right to cancel the account and forfeit the balance if registration is completed with false information.

Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure a secure platform, 7ddd may request identity verification at any time. In such cases, a national identity card, passport, or other government-recognised document may need to be provided. Withdrawals or bonus payments may be put on hold until the KYC process is completed.

Eligibility & Age Verification

The following eligibility conditions must be met to use the 7ddd platform.

• At the time of registration, you must confirm that you are 21 years of age or older.
• In cases of doubt, 7ddd may request a national identity card or birth certificate as proof of age.
• Accounts found to belong to underage users will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.
• You must be in a position where there is no legal restriction preventing you from using online gaming under the laws applicable to you personally.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Local Bangladeshi payment methods are used for deposits and withdrawals on the 7ddd platform. All transactions are secured through SSL encryption.

Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (the same for each payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank).
• Deposited funds must come only from your own payment account. Use of third-party accounts is prohibited.
• The deposit amount is added to the account balance after verification.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal timeframe: processing is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the related wagering conditions have been met.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC verification is completed.
• 7ddd reserves the right to temporarily suspend the withdrawal process in the case of suspicious transactions.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

7ddd offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its members. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which must be read carefully before use.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. Depositing ৳6,000 or more will earn the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳11,000.

Wagering Conditions

The wagering condition for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount. For example: after wagering ৳2,000 bonus × 20 = ৳40,000, winnings earned from the bonus will become withdrawable.

General Bonus Rules

• Each user may claim each promotional offer only once.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• 7ddd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If evidence of abuse of the bonus program is found, the account may be closed.

VIP Loyalty Program

7ddd's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%; Silver — up to 0.5%; Gold — up to 0.7%; Platinum — up to 1.0%; Diamond — up to 1.2%. You can move up to a higher tier through regular gaming activity. The benefits of each tier differ and details are published on the platform.

Gaming Services

The 7ddd platform offers casino games, slots, live games, sports betting, and various other gaming services. The following conditions apply when using these services.

Gaming Results

All gaming results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) system, which ensures fair and impartial outcomes. 7ddd is committed to a fair play policy.

Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, 7ddd will make every effort to resolve the issue. However, 7ddd will not be responsible for problems caused by external factors.

Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sporting events including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Betting odds are variable and may change until the market closes. Once a bet is accepted, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

• All betting odds are displayed on the platform and are applicable as shown.
• If an event is cancelled or left incomplete, 7ddd will settle bets in accordance with the applicable rules.
• 7ddd reserves the right to review bets if unusual betting patterns are detected.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7ddd platform. Violating these rules may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of the balance.

• Playing games or placing bets using any software, bot, or automated system.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Creating an account or conducting transactions using another person's identity.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
• Conducting transactions using a third-party account or payment method.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through fraudulent means.
• Harassing or behaving offensively toward other users or staff.

Account Suspension & Closure

Under certain circumstances, 7ddd may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account.

• If any provision of these terms is violated.
• In cases of providing false information or identity fraud.
• If evidence of conducting prohibited activities is found.
• Upon instruction from a legal authority.
• If an underage user is identified.
